Velcro and lace up. Will fit size 5, 5.5, 6. Japanese size is 22. I normally wear size 5.5-6 and these fit just right. These are worn out once for 10mins. Some bits of subtle stains on the front ridges of boot but basically not noticeable (last photo). Suede (brown) and leather lining. Entire boot feels nicely lined!
