lisayayaa @jsokolowski22 yes … but eventually they were able to pair. First make sure you DO NOT update to the dream sock.. keep the current version. have the Have you deleted your device and reinstalled as a new device. If not, you need to. Delete your current sock/sensor! Before reinstalling you need to make sure sensor is fully charged.

(As owlet is NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE - their updated app only alerts you as your baby having a sleep disturbance… and not pinpointing it to lowered heart rate or low O2 levels .
