Oversized neon orange/pink striped scarf/wrap

This 76"x32.5" scarf features short fringe on the ends, & neon stripes in orange and pink. When wrapped around your neck as a scarf, this is a very substantial piece, because the fabric is a bit stiff when it's sort of collected like that. When you feel one ply, it's pretty soft and somewhat delicate. There are a few holes in the scarf, see photos for details. These flaws are not really noticeable when you're wearing it. No tags, so I don't know brand, fabric content, or washing inst's.
