Origami lace and tulle, ruffle slip, or slip skirt

I believe this began its life is a slip. The elastic waistband will stretch easily to 22 inches. Soft and slinky like a slip so you can wear it under something however, I think you could wear it on its own as well particularly with that lovely lace and tulle ruffled hem. I’m gonna list it in skirts
