danaledwards @katieanderso764 Hey! The expiration date is 5/31/2025, but they are still good after that. You leave the trays in for 30 minutes and you can use the trays whenever you want…every day, once a week, or monthly. You are in control of the usage depending on the the results you are looking for. Any bleaching product will make your teeth sensitive but it is only temporary.
