Please feel free to make an offer it may surprise you but it won’t insult me I’ll just counter offer. Some people get very insulted but I did tell them. Please don’t be insulted by this offer I’m still very interested and they get mad but never hurts to ask because I made a really low offer before and was surprised when they excepted it. Thanks again
