Off-White Tweed Dress

This is a tweed dress. The measurements are: chest 18 inches or 46 cm, the waist is 17 inches or 43.18 cm, and from top to bottom is 31 inches or 80 cm. This is a new dress without tags. Although it is a large size, it fits more like a medium. The dress is unlined and made of 100% polyester.
