Hi is this just a jacket? Or is it meant for skiing (does is have a powder skirt)?

@jewelzy10 hi! I’m not a skier, but I believe it does have a powder skirt. There also is a detachable goggle cloth that I never took off/used. I added a photo of the jacket interior so you can check it out!
