rgcompany Hey! Sorry to bother you, but maybe you can help me with a shipping question as a seller. I have someone who purchased an item, I shipped on 9/27, but she still hasn't received due to a Forward placed with USPS on her side. If she isn't working with the post office to retrieve and I can't get it back, what can I do? I don't have my item or my payment. She still will not respond back to me. Thank you for any advice!!!❤
