Black 02 collection slip with beautiful lace ruffle at the bottom (see pic). Great for lengthening a short skirt with some lace and style. It came with only a round tag on it because I bought it at a boutique. I wore this a few times and it's so soft and comfortable. 16 inches across bust, 35 inches from top of shoulder to bottom. I purchased this with a dark green one that does have the inner tags. Take a peek and buy them both!!
