hollypo @mdenton3 oh wow! I’ve never seen this before! I’ve been on poshmark for 5 years and never have seen this. I’m going to message poshmark. I think you should too and send the picture of the notice. I’m going to screen shot it and send it to them too.

mdenton3 @hollypo message to customer service sent. I did see a FAQ come up stating I needed t refuse the shipment and then let you resend it in a different box, etc… I’ll try to wait til I hear back from Poshmark since I’ve asked for their advice on the issue. I hope it doesn’t take too long for the process as I need the shoes in about 1.5 weeks.

hollypo @mdenton3 ok yes. whatever you need to do. also tell posh that it says delivered and you never received the item. I sent in a brown box with usps stickers.
