qristina @kvssie they go together as they were sanitized and placed in the bag. Plus, the hook is how you wear the chain as a septum piercing. Sorry, I can’t take it out to measure it :/

amyndamolinari @qristina just so you're aware, that septum retainer will never hold that chain in place. it's not a clicker or press fit end. if anyone puts that chain on that retainer, it will fall right off. former front of house in a piercing shop 👋🏽

oonarevel @amyndamolinari I think they had the chain hooked on to the ends of the retainer but the retainer flipped up into their nose, thus holding the chain in place.
