Nordstrom Halogen Black Pleated High Waist Midi Skirt

Nordstrom - Halogen - Pleated Black Midi Skirt with stretchy waist, never worn and in new condition, size XS. Length is ~31" measured flat, waist is ~12" measured flat (but can stretch further). It is so cute and attractive, perfect for fall. (I would keep it, however a loved one already purchased another one of these for me, and I do not need two!) By the way, there is no white line /spots on the lower right part of the skirt -- that is just funny lighting from my skylights. It is a pure pristine black pleated skirt :)
