Can fit small-medium. Gorgeous textile print rara skirt perfect for summer/fall/spring. The Carousel textile is light, and 100 percent cotton woven. Versatile with anything and all season wear, IMO! The waistband is so soft and stretchy in a very malleable way if that makes sense. Not tight and restricting on the waist like some of the older rara textiles.
