sorlando20 in the image it is a halter top but the online image it’s straps, is the dress being sold a halter or regular strapped dress?

jahsell @sorlando20 The shoulder straps tie over the shoulder as shown on the model. The dress we have is the same just difficult to capture on a hanger. So yes shoulder straps over the shoulder not a halter.
