ten7blonde @cam2589 it is clearly detached from the metal rivet that holds it on the shoe. If I didn't need them in a week I would have just returned them instead of attempting to have them fixed. Please inspect all products before listing them on poshmark and then again before mailing. This has been a big inconvenience and not to mention an added cost.

ten7blonde @cam2589 I highly doubt the damage happened in the box, however neither shoe was wrapped and was flopping around in a box that was too big.
