New full Italian Suit IT 56 XL Martin Zelo (US 46) pants jacket

Brand new Martin Zelo italian size 56 suit. Blue with subtle check pattern. Single breasted, two button jacket, fully lined, light weight. Pants are flat front with 39" waist/36" inseam, partially lined. I'm not sure how a size 56 italian jacket coverts to US but the measurments are provided and I think it is closest to a 46". It is somewhat slim fitting so maybe 44". Please view the measurements.
