Needle & Thread High/Low Halter Dress

This Needle & Thread dress has pullover styling. Above the bust, there’s a gold lame fabric. The bottom of the dress is black Georgette, and is lined. Has a high low hem. There’s a button/tab closure at back neck, with a peephole opening below. Measures 17” at bust. The length is 33”at front, and 38” at back. EUC!
