BRAND NEW WITHOUT TAGS US Size 9 Navy Blue Hunter Rain Boots. There is one flaw on the left boot otherwise they have only ever been worn 2 times outside. The soles are brand new. These do not have the adjustable back on them so if you have big calves they will be a bit snug though you can get skinny jeans and the inserts in them with them on.
