Navy Blue Cold Shoulder Swing Shirt

This shirt is really, really precious. It's a little high maintenance to wash without it losing its flattering drape, but if you're good about washing things by hand and sometimes giving them a stretch with conditioner, you'll be totally fine. The ruffles on the cold shoulder are flattering and retain their flouncy shape (even when on a shoulder, they don't lay flat). There's a tie at the front. The shirt is a size XS from Melissa Page, bought at Steinmart. The stitching in the back is cute.
