Heavy Pleated Skirt

From Forever 21, worn once. For Forever 21, the quality is actually pretty nice, like Target. The material is jersey soft on the outside, and the inside is almost like neoprene texture and structure. Zipper and little hook closure. XS, but heed my warning: this skirt will not stay up on a 24-26 inch waist. It fits like a S, and a 28-29 inch waist would fit best into this one. The fabric is structured and has more give than linen but less than jersey. Make an offer and I'll probably accept :)
