Quite a statement piece. This is definitely a dress for a special event. The waist and chest have a lot of stretch. The arms are see through. Fabric is dark navy with shimmery threads. The hemline is what I believe is called a handkerchief hemline with four points hanging down. Very flowy. Brand new with tags. No stains, rips, or smells. Non smoking, unscented home.
