bblue10 @tmb0402 hi, it is and I have reduced the price by $185 because it is no longer new with tags! I wore for a wedding since it was still sitting in my closet. Still in like new condition so much better deal now :) I'm not sure if it would fit a 4-6. I'm a 2-4 and it was not big on me.
