c_gentner Hi @hippytree, the skirt has an elastic waistband inside which gives a bit of stretch (you can see it a bit in the last picture that shows the size) and a zipper in the back. It is fully lined which makes it comfortable to wear (the lining material is stretchy as well). The overall material is Polyester.
