The hood also has an elastic feature to snug the hood around your face on blustery days. The body of the jacket is lined with mesh and the sleeves are lined with a light fabric. This is a rain jacket and the only warmth it provides is protecting you from the wind. You will want to layer something beneath the jacket and then go strolling in the rain.
