The straps are dual - kept together by thread. See 2 pics - the thread on the right strap has a slight flaw - compared to left strap. 27.5 inches from shoulder at longest in back. 23 in the front. 15.5 or possibly 16 at most measured flat across the front - so 31-31.5-32. The straps are adjustable..
