NWT Off White Ruffled Scarf by JCrew

Off white or cream colored scarf by J. Crew. New with tags. Never worn. The sides of the scarf have ruffles which look almost like rosettes. There is a very small hole in the scarf that I didn’t notice when purchasing. I only found it because I was inspecting it closely while listing here. See photos.
