New with tags! Fabric is high quality and the color is stunning in person. It’s so cute, but selling because it doesn’t fit and I missed the return date. Arrived with a small run in the fabric, but because of the way the ruffles lay on the dress it’s not visible/noticeable. Please comment with any questions!
