NWT black and floral dress from ModCloth. Comes with matching belt. Sleeves have button closures and there are two button closures for the back of the neck. Dress also zips up from bottom of waist to top of neck. Two keyhole style designs around the neck. Dress is very stylish and perfect for evenings or formal events. Dress was bought as a 28W, but it runs small. Would say that it is more of a 22W or 24W.
