NWT LOFT floral embroidered shift skirt

Adorable blue and white floral embroidered shift skirt from loft. Never worn before, new with tags. NWT, NWB. Zips on the side. I'm 4'11" and It goes down to about my knees. If you're taller, it'd be a little shorter than that, of course. Please let me know if you have any questions!
