Hi! I would say they fit pretty true to size! I am an EU 39 and usually wear either an EU 39 or an EU 40 with boots and these fit snugly around my feet but don't feel too tight in any way/my toes don't bump against the front. Let me know if that answers it!

@carltjr I'd say I'm between a US 8.5 and a 9, depending on the shoe. Sometimes one is a tad bit too tight and the other is a tad bit loose. This one is snug but not too small for me/fits perfectly - I am selling because I injured the top of my foot/can't wear any "hard" shoes" atm. I measured my foot and its about 24.75cm if that helps
