apt0113 @mckirdy626 Hey there! Yes, this is a brand new bag that would make an excellent gift! However I won’t be able to ship until tomorrow (Tuesday) since I’m OOT today on business. There are NO scratches or markings but if you look at the pics, there are minor lines & indentations from shipping - that’s how u received the bag directly when ordered from Kate Spade.
