This coat is beautiful! I hate that it wasn’t my size! I heard about it from stylist and influencer Melissa Murrell (if you want to dress your best and do not watch her, you are missing out!!). She recommended it bc of its flattering design. It “creates the hourglass” body shape which she shows is the goal for all body shapes. This shoulder detail makes the waist look smaller in comparison, and the jacket can be worn straight or brought in with the waist with the belt. The leather is so soft, not a stiff or restrictive feel. And the color is a wine-burgundy color that in certain lighting could look brown. It’s a beautiful muted color that is really popular this year and works perfectly with shades of brown which is another big color this year. The US cost was $578 (Karen Millen is UK store), so this is a steal especially as this jacket is sold out! See photos for measurements. I would say it fits like a true size 2. It puts me to mind of the Nour Hammour Ramona jacket that sells for $1655 (picture of that jacket shown above. Note!— the Nour Hammour jacket isn’t part of this auction.
