This NWT gorgeous AND flattering 2-piece suit has a sleeveless fully lined sheath dress (kick pleat still sewn shut in back) with princess seams and a scoop neck and invisible back zip. The matching jacket, also fully lined, has a crossover collar that fastens with a faux pearl and rhinestone snap-covered button. The edge of the collar and sleeves are trimmed in faux pearl, but looks so luxurious! The shell fabric is 66% polyester, 32% rayon and 2% elastane giving it a little stretch while the lining is 94% polyester with 6% elastane giving the wearer a sleek look. The ensemble looks "Chanel- inspired" - Audrey Hepburn vibes. I am not a petite - am 5'7" tall and the hem came to just above my knee, which is why I bought the petite (didn't have to have it hemmed). Because of the lines on this dress (and short jacket) it will likely fit most size 16's...just maybe a little shorter if you are taller. (the shoulders of the jacket and the sleeve length were perfect for me). Paired with a nude heel you will create the illusion of longer legs (but of course you could wear blush, white or black patent leather with a black patent leather bag to pop this outfit). It would even be a lovely wedding dress for those who want tradition but not so literally (imagine this with an adorable pillbox hat for a wedding!). You will definitely make a statement when you show up in this sassy but classy outfit!
