NWT Halter Polka Dot Dress Sz 6

New With Tags! Never Worn. Collar and buttons down the front. Skirt with black hem detail. Black belt that ties at waist for more definition. Tags fell off while taking photos, but this item has not been worn. Side zipper. Label says size 6, but fit is closer to 2 or 4 in my opinion. Happy to find this a new home!
