The Ruby is in the center with a halo of small round cut saphires and another halo of larger round cut white saphires all with a total weight of 5.86. All of this is set in 925 sterling silver. meaferea @gauchadutchusa They are lab created which is real. The rubies were grown in a lab rather than in the wild. That's different than fake or synthetic. However I believe the white sapphires are not lab grown because they are much more abundant than rubies. Does this make a difference in whether you want the ring or not?
