Are these true to size? I am normally 37.5 but some designer I have to go up to 38?

Just how many inches the inside is so i can determine if i can fit

@sevenaccess I put the tape measure to the furthest point inside I could and it measures approximately 10 inches. I also measured the bottom width which would probably equal around 3 inches inside. I have uploaded a couple photos. My feet are about 9 inches long and the 37.5 fit me the best.
