They do not come with one. I ship the vest, only. The good news: you can pick one up on Amazon (or locally) for very little money. Features include: * Front zip closure zips all the way under your chin, keeping you nice and cozy. * Two exterior pockets with zippered closures. * Has five heating zones: two in front and 3 in back. * There are three heat settings: high (131°F - red), medium (113°F - white), and low (95°F - blue). * About 3 hours of heat on high, 6 hours on medium, and 9 hours on low. Built-in safety feature automatically shuts off the heat if inactive for 3 hours. * One interior zippered pocket houses the cable that will need to be attached to your power bank. Once attached, just drop the power bank in the pocket, zip it up and you're set! * One exterior rubber button on the upper chest is used to operate the vest. Long press for 3 seconds to turn on or off. Short press button to cycle through the heat settings. The waist on this jacket is elasticized for a comfortable fit.
