pretty much brand new, only used maybe 3-4 times and realized I liked a larger barrel better with my hair. i measured and it is the 1.25 diameter. incredible quality t3 curler and comes with travel case too. heat settings up to 410 degrees and truly heats up within 15 seconds or less!
