New without tags - removed but never worn. Perfect dress for end of summer into fall. Fabric is 100% cotton and lined so it is not sheer at all. Beautiful olive green with a block print of pink and teal. The buttons and piping are western looking, puff sleeves and gathered cuffs make it more feminine. Would be perfect with black sandals or boots.
