Can you measure waist as well as length and you also mentioned to size up . Because I wear xl in adidas tiro track pants and xl nike sportswear club fleece sweatpants

@thug9030 38 inch waist with strings to adjust and make tighter but also elastic that can stretch a little bigger….the inseam is a 29 inch length …. The width of the ankle is 7 inches laid flat. While the thigh area is 10 inches laid flat….. calf area is 7.5 inches laid flat. ….. hope that helps you determine accurately!!
