cndysue @haleyvranich96 I just can't imagine that they can control wether or not I refund your money. I'm just afraid they are going to say they can't do anything because it's already been accepted.

cndysue @haleyvranich96 I contacted Customer Support and I let them know that I wanted them to refund your money and I wanted you to keep the item. This item is a friend of mines and she listed it under my account . She did not pay attention . I should have looked at it . I'm really sorry .

haleyvranich96 I apologize for the delay of response I was at work, but, I truly appreciate you going out of your way to make things right😌 I was so excited when I got the earrings I didn't even notice the backs until I tried to put them in and couldn't get off the backs. But honestly Poshmark should be able to work something out we shouldn't have to handle this outside of the app. If so that's ridiculous, however, they have not gotten back to me yet😔

cndysue @haleyvranich96 They haven't got back to me either but hopefully they will by morning . If they haven't gotten back to us by tomorrow then I would like you to either choose another set of earrings or necklace or whatever you would like or I personally refund your money. I had this same friend list a purse under my acct and the customer got it and told me that it was kind of dirty inside so I refunded her money personally .

cndysue @haleyvranich96 because Poshmark wouldn't do anything about it. So if they don't then I will refund your money or we will find another way to work it out. One thing is for sure this friend is going to have to get her own acct and list her items on her own!😐. I can try to get another pair of the concerto style from my supplier and get them to you. I just appreciate you giving me the opportunity to make it right. Thank you .

I understand that this wasn't you're fault you're just trying to help a friend out 😌 we can wait and see if Poshmark responds tomorrow, if not, we may have to find another way to fix the issue.
