MP Bookkeeping purchased an item from me and, upon delivery, requested a price adjustment. She later canceled the order and asked me to send her money outside of Poshmark. After contacting Poshmark customer support, they clarified that price adjustments are not allowed after an order is canceled. The buyer was given two options: return the item or keep it. I followed Poshmark's guidance throughout the process and informed her that sending money outside of Poshmark is not an option.
