cowiem I purchased the Dooney and Bourke Orange Bird purse on August 11 and it never shipped. I have commented several times, but haven't received a reply from you. Today, August 27, I received an email from Poshmark stating that my order was cancelled because the item was damaged. How was the item damaged when it was listed as new with tag? I am very disappointed in this transaction. Please explain! @gracehem
