cowiem I purchased the Dooney and Bourke Orange Bird purse on August 11 and it never shipped. I have commented several times, but haven't received a reply from you. Today, August 27, I received an email from Poshmark stating that my order was cancelled because the item was damaged. How was the item damaged when it was listed as new with tag? I am very disappointed in this transaction. Please explain! @gracehem

gracehem @cowiem It was damaged in my move. It has a huge paint mark on the side from rubbing up against something. I did not have the time or ability to respond and when I finally went to ship the item and took it out of the box it was damaged. I cancelled the transaction. Please stop harassing me. Thanks.
