dianautrey This rocks. I recently had my first posh sale and I got to say you are right. I packed my sale up beautifully with tissue paper threw in an extra little gift. And a beautiful shiny butterfly thank you note and communicated with the buyer about when it shipped said thank you so much for helping me make my first sale everything that posh recommends and more. She never responded to any of my communications not even the first thank you so much for your sale nothing. I shipped first thing the next morning it was not delayed and then when she got it she gave me a 4 star rating which isn't horrible but then in comment said could improve. I couldn't believe it. It took me almost an hour to pack the item up make sure there were no flaws then to wrap it up and write a thank you note. So as to your comment that you don't think it's even appreciated I think your right. Although I definitely appreciate it. But it's sad that others don't. So you rock that you made someone so happy. That is what I was going for. Maybe people get tired of people not appreciating presentation that it drives them to tape it up in paper towels and that's it. Oh well I just wanted to say this because I was really bothered by the needs improvement comment. Happy poshing 😊

adamjr1 @dianautrey Hi thanks so much! I am very on too of making sure to send a thanks card and a little something sweet as and extra thanks in every package I ship! And I have gotten the needs improvement comments too! I think they are just haters that don't do that kinda stuff so they have to make stupid comments! Don't let it get to u, keep putting in the effect, cause that's what will bring repeats back to u! Ty 💙😘

mandysbling @adamjr1 I totally do the same! A nice "thank you" and extra treat! (Mines usually jewelry) Those things go a LOOOOONG way! Customer service is the MOST important thing because it shows your character (truthful about the post) and an added "bonus!" Happy shoppers make repeat shoppers! Way to nail it! 👍🏼⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️👏🏼

mandysbling @adamjr1 especially if someone is buying something that's expensive and you sometimes can't tell from pics, if it's real or fake! TRUST YOUR GUT. It would suck to be scammed or hacked. Flip side, it would suck if you missed a sale simply for more details. I DO NOT ALLOW anything but Poshmark shipping and money transfer! Otherwise I might get screwed!! ☹😩😡

sakurakurihara8 @adamjr1 Just a heads up a lot of those other people are creepy guys wanting to buy your panties. If you look at their profiles or names you can tell and a fee have harassed other girls for used ones.
