4_good_stuffOh my word!! I am so sorry, but you strike me as a fighter. Prayers and hugs are coming your way and to all those who are on your team. I went through “triple negative” breast cancer in 2022. Mine was only found metastasized to my lymph nodes, but the after-surgery biopsy said all was clear. I still have two trips a year for follow up testing. Hugs, Holly

4_good_stuffHave you talked with MDAnderson? They can be miracle workers. I’ll tell you my story later. Hubby has a colleague who was diagnosed with some kind of stage 4 throat cancer. The friend went there, the doctor said he would not make any promises, but they would throw everything they had at it if they were willing. They said “go.” I think that was about 15 years ago.

4_good_stuffI went to MDAnderson, hubby insisted. I was diagnosed here, and Anderson confirmed it. Neither place ever found what I call the “origin point” only the metastasized cells under my right arm. The surgery said all cancer was killed, and so far I’m good. I did not need a mastectomy.

4_good_stuffHe went with me on all the trips in 2022, and told everyone he was my service animal and the only one who could keep me calm, then he would say “woof”. Brought smiles to many serious faces. I did radiation there and have been back for several follow up trips.

And I feel the fact that the prognosis isn't good. It really isn't in my case either, but we can hope and we can fight. Are you doing any alternative therapy? Just curious. I'm not going through any alternative or experimental cancer treatments. I watched my father died far too quickly with experimental Cancer treatments at Vanderbilt University. honestly I'm just trying to live as long as possible with the best quality of life possible. so no more chemo no more radiation. I truly do thank you for your love and support

I have metastatic squamous cell carcinoma that has metastasized to my lymph nodes. I've been through chemo and radiation but I am not in remission or cured. but I am living my best life and truly hoping to get to travel a bit. thank you so much I truly appreciate you
