These are brand new without tags. I just bought these from Saks Fifth Avenue’s site a few weeks ago and at the time I thought they would work for me so I removed the tags. I just tried them on again recently and realized they are bit too long and are too tight for my liking. Overall I do really like the wash and style of these jeans. I own several pairs of Mother Jeans and they don’t disappoint. These do run a little long on me (I’m 5’ 5.5”) since they are more of a bootcut fit. The inseam length in the website photo is pretty accurate.
