True waist size 34. Comparison picture is with a size 32 pair of Rag & Bone skinny jeans. These are slightly larger in the waist and legs, but maintains a high tapered cut.

@benmachado Fit is High Tapered and should follow pretty closely the size chart for other denim they have in that fit. This was a limited run and I got from a local shop with a connect, so hard to find this exact pair on the secondary market.
