frklz I am SO sorry - I am new to this app and I didn't see this until now. Laid flat the waist is 16"; Inseam is 2.5" and outside is a little over 11' with fray. I would say these are more of a mid-rise, but It's hard for me to tell as I have a very short torso, so everything on my is a higher rise. LOL Please let me know if you have any other questions - I know where to look now. >_<
